Run by the Jacques Rougerie Foundation under the Académie des Beaux-Arts, this competition invites architects, designers, engineers, and students worldwide to submit projects addressing sea, space, or flood-prone environments. Six Grand Prizes of €7,000 each are awarded by an international jury, with a ceremony held in Paris at year's end.
