Asia Design Prize 2027
Asia Design Prize (ADP) organizing secretariat, South Korea — South Korea
Launched in 2016, the Asia Design Prize is a Korea-based international design award open to designers, companies and students worldwide (students remain eligible for one year after graduation), with teams of up to five members. The 2027 edition judges entries in three categories (Industrial, Space/Architecture and Communication) over three rounds of screening, rating them on aesthetics, uniqueness and practicality. Finalists are announced on 13 January 2027 and winners on 27 January 2027, followed by an online exhibition and a ceremony in Seoul in March 2027. Note that entries reaching the finalist stage pay a separate finalist judging fee on top of the entry fee.

Tiered by phase: Early (6-30 Oct 2026) US$240 company / US$200 professional / free for students; Standard (31 Oct-2 Dec) US$280 / US$240 / US$60; Late (3-30 Dec) US$320 / US$290 / US$75. Entries that reach the finalist stage pay an additional finalist judging fee of US$690 company / US$640 professional / US$185 student.
Award / prize
No cash prize: awards are Design of the Year (one team), Grand Prize (top 1%), Gold Winner (3%) and Winner (10%), with an online exhibition, winner-logo license, and a certificate and yearbook (shipping charged separately)

Submission format
Online upload. Industrial and Space entries: 2-3 mandatory image panels (250x180mm or 180x250mm, 150-300 resolution, JPG, RGB, max 2MB each, no text or lines) plus up to 3 optional panels and an optional YouTube/Youku video. Communication entries: 2-6 panels of the same spec plus an optional video. English summary (max 300 characters) and description (max 650 characters), plus native-language versions.
