LIT Lighting Design Awards 2026

Organized by Farmani Group — the same organization behind the International Design Awards, Architecture MasterPrize, and European Product Design Award — the LIT Lighting Design Awards recognize excellence in Lighting Product Design, Entertainment Lighting Design, and Architectural Lighting Design, alongside special Lifetime Achievement and Spotlight prizes. Now marking its 10th anniversary, the 2025 edition drew entries from 62 countries. Winners are celebrated at an in-person gala (Paris hosted the 2024 and 2025 ceremonies) and featured in the annual LIT catalogue.

Professional: CHF 230 (~US$250) per entry incl. Swiss VAT (50% off each additional category); Student: CHF 100 (~US$106) per entry (50% off each additional category); a 10% late fee applies during the final entry window (Sep 30 – Oct 18, 2026)
Award / prize
No cash prize — winners receive recognition titles (e.g. Lighting Design of the Year, Emerging Lighting Designer of the Year), inclusion in the annual catalogue, and are celebrated at an in-person awards ceremony

Online submission via the LIT Awards entry portal: project images/renders and a written description, per category-specific requirements
