Epica Awards is a Paris-based competition open to design studios, agencies, and advertisers worldwide, covering work published or used between July 2024 and November 2026. Unlike most creative awards judged by industry peers, Epica's jury is composed of trade journalists, including specialists who vote specifically on the Design category. The entry deadline was extended from October 15 to November 2, 2026, with no late fee.

Fee varies by category; a discounted rate of €100 is confirmed for select categories (e.g. independent photographers), with a 10% late surcharge for entries not finalized by October 19. Full category-by-category fee schedule not yet published.

No cash prize confirmed: Grand Prix and category winners are recognized at an in-person jury session in Brussels.
